"I have used GotPrint for years and they have been a good source for printed product. Recently however, they ran a job for me that was not acceptable quality. First of all, from the time the order was placed it took over a month for my customer to receive their brochures. Second of all, the quality was not acceptable. The brochures were not folded in the center and there was printing from the back that was showing up on the front cover (not a very good presentation for my customer). There was also a scratch that printed on the center of the front cover. Obviously, a scratch is not present in an electronic file so it was an additional printing error on GotPrint's part. Correspondence with GotPrint to get this issue resolved took and additional month.
Final result: they stand behind their poor quality.
Sorry to say, this is going to be the last job that I run through GotPrint.
Order date 2/8/2021, customer received delivery 3/4/2021, non-resolution with GotPrint 4/5/2021 - entire timeframe is unacceptable and poor quality is unacceptable"
