"I have ordered thousabds of dollars worth of perfume labels, all for the most part acceptable. However, the last order of $1200 and thousands of labels were awful!! We emailed and emailed for several weeks and not a soul would answer our quality issue. Then finally, one day about 10 weeks after we received the order, someone responded. To no avail, they would not guarantee their work. They did offer a $10 credit, but when over the past few years a customer purchased thousands of dollars worth of goods, you'd expect a small amount of courtesy and a reprinting of the goods. Instead they just offered a slap in the face. This small perfume company is moving their business to another printing company. And when my company starts doing millions in sales, and has a corner of the market, Got Print can pucker up and pick a cheek! See ya suckers!"

We have reviewed your order, it looks like the order shipped out in April and a ticket reporting the issue was placed on July 7th, our Quality Control team responded asking for additional photos of the incorrect prints on July 9th, and later offered a $10 store credit. Borders are not recommended due to cutting shifts. GotPrint.com reserves a 1/16 cut shift tolerance which is industry standard. We understand this is not how you intended to receive the product, and we have initiated a new ticket asking for Quality to review once more and reconsider their offer. Waiting for a reply for my 2nd reprint request for the same line across my 1000 envelopes. So far I have 2000 unprofessional looking envelopes.
Reply was supposed to be 1-2 days on the reprint request. This is day 9. "

Shipping is separate from production time and that can take 1-6 business days. This was shipped on the 5th business day of production and Standard shipping only took 1 business day. The order shipped and it was delivered on time.
