"They notified me on the EXPECTED DELIVERY DAY that there was a problem with the bleed on the artwork. On THE DAY of! I expected to have them for an event the following day. If they had let me know sooner I could have made other printing arrangements locally - but NOPE. So I had no info piece to hand out. That's it for me and this company!"

"Thank you cards did not come with envelopes and it didn't specify. There typically on other sites shows recommended items so you make sure you don't forget, but typically they are included so you know which size to order. Other than that, the products turned out great! "

"Just had two banners printed: I aks no Grommets! and NO HEM! they cam with no grommets, but had a 1" hem on them. I don't understand why they could not leave off the hem. I am a manufacturer and the layout was so I could cut the banner into strips to apply overtop of a seam on a product. My layout is screwed now because of the hem so two in middle are usable, but outside two will have to be odd size which makes finish product look like crap. I know the banner is printed and the hem is separate. So why could the hem not be left off? Also the hem isn't even finished correctly. Whether it is heat sealed or glued it's junk. I grabbed a piece and was able to peel it and open it up. I can't do that because then product really look like crap. I am folding it back over and will have to rf weld it or heat weld it myself because the crease is there. I titled the job order "DO NOT HEM BANNERS" so where was the confusion? I wrote customer service and got back that they have to be hemmed? That needs fixing too i guess.. Knowledgeable people need to be at customer service so we don't get ridiculous answers. Next time (if I go that route) if I request no hem, I want no hem or they will be sent back. I am not going to accept what I didn't purchase."

On the order page when you are selecting the banners, it does show that they will come with all sides hemming. We also advised you when you emailed, and before your order went to print, that we are not able to offer no hemming on our banners. Because of the way we print, we do not have any additional customization then what is shown on the website. If you have any further questions, please call our Customer Service department.
