"Horrible!! I've been working with GotPrint to order my Save the Dates for our wedding for almost three weeks now. We've uploaded our file about 8-9 times, and I've been on the phone with customer service over 4 times for 20+ minutes each. Without a resolution. It's a very simple file that they cannot get right. Initially the text was blurry so we upgraded to manual processing, then the file was the wrong size or cropped wrong, and now for the last several revisions the color has been way off. We've followed every suggestion customer service has offered and there are still issues with the file. GotPrint charges $5 for every upload, which they have waived, but it is absolutely ridiculous considering that the issue is stemming on their end and has been ongoing for almost three weeks now. This company makes pamphlets and business cards, where color and logos are so important, and they still can't get this even close!! Absolutely horrible experience. Do not order anything here. "

We do not make adjustments to customer files at all, the CMYK values submitted on original files are matching the PDF proofs provided. Reupload fees are only charged after an order has been reviewed and approved by processing and you request a reupload link, but we have been working with you on waiving those fees. Told us the details they needed for our print logo and when we didn't meet their requirements, gave us instructions so we met them.
AND, keep us apprised of the mugs when they were to ship, and how long UPS would take to deliver them... and they were spot on.
More importantly, each and every coffee mug was in a protective container, which we appreciated so much.
We WILL do business with them again.

"Business cards were spot on with my logo and easy to design templet. The cards were all that was expected and better yet they beat out Vista print not only in price but their shipping time! But t-shirts were expensive so I ordered else where. "

"I have used them several times, but now they are garbage. Messed up the order, then messed up the reprint, and now won't give me my money back. Never use them! Their customer service reps cant talk to quality assurance, QA doesn't talk to production, and QA can't write in English so you know they are outsourcing it. Now they have even disabled my account. Very dishonest company! "

"They notified me on the EXPECTED DELIVERY DAY that there was a problem with the bleed on the artwork. On THE DAY of! I expected to have them for an event the following day. If they had let me know sooner I could have made other printing arrangements locally - but NOPE. So I had no info piece to hand out. That's it for me and this company!"
