"Ordering from Gotprint used to be a seamless experience. I've done it hundreds of times, and always had a good experience. But your new website is terrible.
1. I couldn't find the design templates, which is my first step inane design job. I had to get on Chat support yo finally find them buries in the footer.
2. flyfilling in all the address bubbles was a nightmare - it kept rejecting non letter characters, wouldn't let me click the box to use the billing address as the shipping address, and kept making me start over! What should have auto-filled from my many past orders had to be entered over ad over again until I finally satisfied the form's quirks.
Your website: Used to be perfect - now it's terrible. Thanks. I hope this is constructive. My browser is Safari, if that's helpful."

"When I ordered my business cards and gave my p.o. box, your employee failed to tell me you don't deliver to a p.o. box. I waited two weeks and got no cards and called today and your nice person said you deliver ups and can deliver only to a home address.
Now I've given you my home address and hope I will now receive my cards.
You should make an exception for customers who use a p.o. box. At my apartment, there is no mailbox so if I am not home, the package may be left on my doorstep where I may or may not find it.
I will say this to your credit: Both people I spoke to about this were very helpful. For that, I thank you. Incidentally, I've got a bad phone I must replace so we will have to communicate via email.
