The delivery time,ie I ordered Wednesday evening and delivery scheduled for following Monday, was excellent. Postage was reasonable, I made sure I consolidated both items I bought when given the choice. The 'estimated' postage total concerned me slightly, but if the amount is approximately the same as estimated I will be happy."

"I am legally blind & use a e desk top computer, that operates with a Zoomtext program. This site was not the most difficult to navigate but I did have a bit of a problem. Most of the problem is in my operating system, as I only SEE about a fourth of ANY page at any one time. So, I have to do a continual SEARCH (ie.: looking, via the mousse, to the right, down, to the left etc.). BUT, considering all the other sites I go on, the Grainger site isn't half bad. I found what I was looking for, and managed to order and get it paid for."
