Our physical shipping address does not have US Mail delivery, so all mail goes to a PO Box, which your site refuses to recognize as part of our shipping address. We always use both addresses, so the shipper can decide which works better for them."

"Many of your products are overpriced. In one instance I contacted your customer service about an item that was exactly like another even the same mfg. but different in color. One was priced at say $1 the other was at $3. I contacted your customer service and after a moment the price was corrected, but only on my bill. Not in the catalog online. I would never recommend you to a friend and I would never personally purchase from you. I've found items in the past that were double list price. I would love to have a business where I could make that kind of profit! Apparently you have a lot of corporate accounts with no one watching the purse strings.
