"Since the email I received when I placed the order stated that "orders usually arrive in 5-8 business days, but may take up to 2 weeks" I tried to call their 800 number after 3 weeks of not receiving my order but kept getting a "network access" recording. I got frustrated so found the phone number for the president, Mr Greg Rosenbloom and called him only to get his voicemail.
HOWEVER... he returned my call within 10 minutes and already knew what I was calling about since there was only one specific item that had a significant shipping delay. He was very pleasant and informed me of the status and a week later I finally received my order.
WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!
I received high quality merchandise for an extremely low price. Much better quality than I was expecting! I will definatley order from them in the future but will expect shipping delays.
If you have patience, then this is a great site to order from. If you NEED your merchandise right away, then this may not be the place for you to shop."
"Given the negative reviews I was hesitant to order but took a chance on a $1500 stainless range hood for $375, figuring I could use a CC for safety. Got immediate automated response, then waited a nervous 8 days for shipping confirmation. They gave me a FedEx number but said they were shipping UPS, which was odd -- but the package had been duly shipped via FedEx and arrived a few days later. The hood is in brand-new unopened condition; does not appear to be a reject or customer return. My experience with this distributor was therefore A+++."

Order was finally shipped on 12/17. Arrived at Grand Prairie, TX on 12/22 (which is town next to my home) but instead of sending out from there, the package was sent to Houston, Tx the next day, which is 4 1/2hrs away. Called shipping company without any help. Stay away!!!!!"

It's been 2 weeks. The order shipped out just yesterday. I clicked on the link to track my order, and it doesn't even work.

"Ordered some bulk batteries which they had in the bargain bin. Shipping took about 2 weeks, but they did state that upfront with my order. Packing of order was not the best but my package arrived all in one piece. They accept Paypal which is always a plus."
