I contacted their customer service and a kind representative told me that Green man gaming ran out of keys for this particular game. He asked me if I would like a refund or wait a few days. I chose to wait and received the new valid game key a week later.

The customer service representative was very friendly and did what he promised. I don't know why they would sent out an invalid key but this is the core business. I wanted to buy and play a.s.a.p. but instead it took a week. Might very well be an exceptional case and this review is based entirely on this single purchase at Green Man Gaming."

"I got enticed with comments on the Mystery Bundle. It stated that it may contain Steam, Origin, GOG, or UPlay keys. When I got the keys, it stated PC - Other DRM. There was a help link right below the keys but the page it goes to doesn't state any "Other DRM". I'm only familiar with Steam keys so I had no idea what the other keys looked like. When I was buying it seemed like I was paying for a product that they could give me right away, but once I had paid I found out they didn't have any more keys.
They say a key is forthcoming once they get another batch, but they haven't given a time frame.

Granted, I can get a refund at this stage because they haven't given me a key yet, but this isn't what I was expecting to happen when I paid.

Another issue: the first two times I tried paying redirected me to the PayPal payment gateway and I authorised the payment but when PayPal redirected me back to Green Man Gaming I got a "Payment Failed" error with no indication of what went wrong or how to fix it.
There is a FAQ page on resolving "Payment Failed" errors, but it is hard to say which of the possible items apply since the error message is so generic.
I tried again later from a different internet connection (no proxy) and updated my billing address suburb name to be in all caps, and then it worked. I don't know which change solved it."
