It was extremely rude not to desclose everything to me in one email and instead he left the final technicality in his last email as a last, "Forget you, you are not getting your money back". I bought the same games at Square Enix Online Store and told them that I was having the same problem when I bought the same games from their store. They did not hesitate to graciously give me a refund. They have the exact same system as I later found out with them as well that they give you a key to steam. I'm very glad that at least they have the intelligence and courtesy to know that a game that was bought from their site that a gamer already has and is having problems with that it should be refunded. I'm never going to the green man gaming site and I'm sure they could care less anyway.
Funny you left that out in the last email. Whatever, I've been trying everything to get one of the greatest Playstation games to work on my initial steam download of it on my computer. It's probably best that I just buy a PSX and the original game..

Then why can't I have a refund?? I'm not going to be using the codes or downloading anything because I already have the games.

Can I please have a refund of this purchase? I've already downloaded these on steam but I've been having a lot of trouble getting them to run. They all keep crashing. I thought this was another source I could download these games from. Thank you.
