"Christmas cards ordered have not arrived as of 12/28. Rather be late, don’t you think? They were suppose to arrive a week before Christmas. "

Very unhappy

"I am very unhappy and disappointed with your company because I still have not received the Christmas card I ordered for my daughter and son-in-law. I ordered it on December 12 and it was supposedly shipped on December 14 but I was told it's sitting in a warehouse somewhere. I will NEVER order from Greeting Card Universe again. Christmas is over now, so I no longer need the card and will be requesting a refund.

Two weeks still no card.

"Ordered one card on 12/12/20. It is now 12/26/20. Have not received the card although tracking says it was shipped out on 12/14/20 with no further tracking information. Website said I would receive in 3-5 days. I needed this card by 12/21 for my daughter's 30th birthday and was disappointed that I did not have a card to give to her. I know there are delays due to covid and holiday mail, but I think two weeks for one card is a bit long."
