However, my experience with grillpartssearch.com was absolutely where all three circles did converge and I didn't have to lower my expectations to 'pick any two'. I ordered three new stainless steel burners for my very old grill (everyone else was selling mild steel burners) for a price that was the best. They arrived within a week. Good job, guys! I'm afraid you are incorrect about the time you expected your order to be delivered. No information on our website indicated your order would be delivered by Wednesday. In fact, it is quite the opposite. You placed your order at 6:00pm on Friday, March 23 and selected Standard U.S. Shipping. The shipping information page on our website clearly states that all orders placed after 3:00pm count as the next business day and in the case of Friday orders, will count as a Monday order. As the shipping information page further states, all in stock orders have a 1-2 business day processing time, not including the time in transit for you to receive your order. Therefore, the soonest your order could have shipped would be Monday and the latest it could have shipped would be Wednesday. Again, this does not include the time it takes the carrier to get the product to you. Since you selected Standard U.S. Shipping, the shipping time frame is 4-7 days, depending on your location. Putting all of this information together means the soonest you should have expected to receive your order (counting the shortest time frames for processing and shipping) would be Friday March 30th with the longest being April 6th. We shipped your order on Monday March 26th, within the time frame we stated on our website and your order was delivered on March 31st, also within the time frame of the shipping method you selected. In summary, your order did NOT arrive 3 days late, instead it arrived exactly within the time frame stated on our website. For future reference, we do offer 2-Day RUSH Shipping for an extra fee, which was available to you during checkout of your order. With our 2-Day RUSH Shipping, your order still would have counted as a Monday order since you placed it after our shipping cut off time and after close of business, but it would have arrived to you by Wednesday. ”

Since you provided the model number of your grill, we were confident the parts we sent you were correct for said grill as we have had several hundred other customers with the same model who were shipped the same parts and all of them were able to install the parts in their grills successfully. Assuming you found the model number directly on the grill itself and not on an owner's manual (it's surprising how often the incorrect owner's manual is included with a grill), your grill must be different from the hundreds of other grills belonging to the other customers we have been able to help with the same parts. Barring locating an incorrect model number or your grill being unique, I can't imagine why you weren't able to get the parts we sent to fit. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience and since the parts we recommended did not work for you, we provided you with a full refund.”
