Grill ignition module

"Ordered the part on 12/28/17 and because they were closed to give their employees a great vacation, I didn't receive the part until 1/11/18. That was OK because it was within the shipping time frame (4-7 days from ship date). The module worked very well and I was very satisfied with their company. If I need more grill parts, it will be my company of choice!!"

"ordered parts 2 weeks ago and have not received them. Called and left order # etc. but no response. No one will answer phone after 3 attempts I am frustrated. Said parts were in stock?????????????????"

“Dear Sir,

I apologize you did not receive your parts in a timely manner and that you were so frustrated in your attempts to contact us. We were unable to return your call because we were closed between Christmas and New Year's for the holiday. The fact we were closed for the holidays was clearly posted in multiple places on our website so customers would be aware the soonest we would be able to respond would be January 2nd. When we returned on January 2nd you were one of our first calls and in that conversation you indicated you had indeed received your package and you were satisfied with the parts. In that conversation we further explained that your order was processed and shipped the day after it was placed (January 13th) and it was the shipper, in this case the USPS, who was responsible for the late delivery. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible and typically the carriers we use do not have any issues delivering orders in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we have no control over the USPS and have no idea why it took them two weeks to deliver your parts. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience and I am certain if you work with us in the future, your experience will be much better.”

Grill Parts

" Called and ordered grill parts for my 11 year old Brinkman 6 burner SS BBQ, parts did not fit. Called them, the lady was apologizing and emailed me a returned address label! I told her it was not her fault, Brinkman no longer in business! Will buy any future BBQ Grill parts from this company!!"
