I bought a groupon for facial service and one month later when I called for appt. I was told the business was sold and that the new owner don't provide that service. "I bought 4 tickets to a Paint Nite ... I had problems with 2 of the 4 voucher numbers when I attempted to redeem them. It was kind of a pain to have to re-enter the info several times for all 4 tickets trying to get it to work. However, when I contacted Groupon, Rebecca handled my case from start to finish and I was able to completes the transaction. Ideally, I would not have had a snag, but they handled it well. "Contacted their customer via online chat about an issue I had with a voucher. The represntative basically said he couldn't help then immediately ended the chat. They sent me a follow up email to rate how they did. I obviously said poorly and why. They responded with an email saying they are glad to hear I resolved their issue. Their customer service is a total joke. "

My original cost of my groupon was $85. When I got my groupon dollars in a credit it was $68. No explanation of the $17 haircut."

"I bought a getaway that 1day later had a promo code offered on it .i cancelled groupon via a groupon agent and was told to rebuy it with promo code and my original purchase refund would show up in 10days on my CC. Turns out the agent never truly never canceled the first trip and now I am being charged twice for same exact trip ....and you are not able to speak with anyone over the phone. On the chat line I get generic answers even though I gave my confirmation cancellation number. No one will respond back to me.such an ordeal and total fraud. Never again will I use groupon!! "I did not receive what I ordered. The chat person was polite but basically copied and pasted the return policy. The best recovery would have been to send out what I actually ordered rather then tell me I had to send back the incorrect merchandise and then go online and reorder what I did originally. "
