"Customer service is absolutely terrible I was charged fees for the same firearm twice… Unable to get a refund for the fees and after multiple attempts I got an email back that was nothing but gun broker’s policy about my issue… Customer service did nothing to help… I feel like they have no phone number so that they can make money off of people and nobody can dispute it… No contact information that I know of other than A support email that does absolutely nothing."
"Bought a gun .( waiting 14 days )never receive a gun .got issues communicate with seller, because seller won't answer phone or reply to my emails , contacted gunbroker.com customer service and they not helping either to get my money back"
"Horrible service. No assistance when I was victim of a fraud. Dont buy anything at gunbroker.com!!!"
"3 or 4 years ago I sold a semi auto pistol on GB after I signed up, entered my credit card info for listing fees, etc. Gun ended up selling. Never got ANY emails from them saying "hey, you didn't pay such and such we forgot about (or whatever) so we're going to charge another $8." Instead, when I went back time and again later trying to log in to bid on something, they blocked and were adamant I owed the $8+. I called their customer svc phone # found online for Kennesaw, GA- no answer and left several msgs for call back which never happened. Sent email to their "NO" customer service, and received no replies. Very recently got suckered (yes i know, my fault) on a gun that was at Very good price on auction which I bid on and ultimately won, but yup- before could bid had to pay the BS $8+ fee to reactivate my account. I still have absolutely no idea what that fee was about...and, if I owed something, why the hell didn't they just go ahead and charge my card they had on file?? Guess I'll see how long it takes for another issue to occur at which point I'll leave 'em forever. "

- Gunbroker.com double charged my credit card for selling one item. I've given them 30 days plus 24 hours notice to compensate, but they still have not returned what they have taken. They say it's only "due diligence", and always have an "reason" for their actions - but after reading the dozens (or maybe hundreds) of complaints on BBB and Ripoff report you'll understand why I believe they are running a purely dishonest online operation. Charging a credit card for money not due is fraud. My advise is to not give them ANY credit card or bank account information. Once they have your credit card or bank account they will take money from it whether it's legitimate or not. I believe they will do or say anything, including altering records and account activity, to prolong this activity.
- If you risk doing business with them - keep good records and screen shots images of ALL account activity and communications. In this case, I believe they clearly altered the records once they saw an opportunity for additional financial gain. There is no "customer service" that I can see, so the due-diligence argument is moot and moreover misleading.
- I have no doubt that you WILL be financial harmed by Gunbroker.com, sooner or later. To file meaningful complaints, or to recover illegal financial transactions, contact the Attorney Generals for the State of Georgia and your state of residence to protect other consumers. If it involves a credit card, you can also contact the Federal Trade Commission and file an online complaint for credit card fraud. You can also contact the Bureau of ATFE and file an ethics complaint. In light of all of this, Gunbroker.com clearly has no place in the public trust whatsoever and I believe their FFL MUST be revoked."
"I am an FFL. I tried to buy a handgun from a new to gunbroker seller. The seller refused to deal and ship through an FFL in his area, which is against federal law. I refused to complete the buy and instead bought from a reputable FFL listing a similar handgun. Next thing I know my account is blocked for not completing the buy. Outrageous and gunbroker ignored my explanation repeatedly, then after weeks of trying to get a response they responded the case is closed due to too much time has passed"
"Extremely poor customer service, rude, very argumentative, absolutely does not like being confronted when they are wrong, requires customers to have to 'jump through stupid hoops' to get whats owed to them, cuts you off when you are right.....permanently lost our $$$ business.....their use of zendesk has also helped ruin gunbroker and turn it into a libtard police state website that is likened to a left website and now requires photo id and all of your personal information that they no doubt sell and make a profit, not a good prospect when you are supposed to adhere to the 2nd Amendment.
There are many other businesses that have outstanding customer service and more reasonable fees that would never treat their customers in such a rude and poor manner and will gladly buy thru them.
gunbroker.com ****! 2 thumbs way down!"
"Purchased a Ruger Vaquero from Tommy’s Gun through Gunbroker. He pretended to ship the gun. USPS tracking shows the package was never sent. After 14 days of having my money and FFL i Issued a dispute with visa and GB support. Visa placed amount in dispute. Seller issued a refund and put me in as a non paying bidder. GB support never responded to 5 support requests. Use a different site to purchase your firearms. This is the Wild West on GB. Very badly managed. "
"Gunbroker has not responded to any contact about fraud. $$$ taken but no items recieved. No contact able to be made despite several emails. No phone contact # to reach gunbroker. SCAM and FRAUD"
"I bought 2 shotguns turns out the manufacturer(fedarms) is disguising themselves as stgunbroker (gunbroker screename)
And selling their oem tristar cobra shotguns as third party seller to avoid warranty claims..i never got a refund gunbroker are dirty thieves selling poorly made shotguns and supporting dirty manufacturers from being responsible for their warranties "
"I was a seller. I had a buyer buy an item then never paid. Gunbroker charged me fees to sell but when the buyer didn’t pay they refused to refund my fees! I notified my charge card company and they rightfully returned my money. Gunbroker then banned my Id with no recourse. Since then I have been selling on Gunsinternational with excellent results. "
"Everything stated here can be supported by e-mail history to and from G&R Tactical thru Grunbroker.com. The pictures for a hand gun listed on Grunbroker were not clear to me and there was no mention of the material or finish in the description.
I ask if the gun was "brushed stainless"? The answer from G&R Tactical was "yes". I was sent a gun with a black finish. After submitting their e-mail response to G&R Tactical they blew it off stating their response was sent from a i-phone so they probably didn't look at the pictures. After many further excuses, no responsibility and blaming me I was charged $162.20 restocking and paid $52 total in shipping.
After posting these facts on Grunbroker seller feedback G&R Tactical posted this response; The gun was black in the pic. Pretty simple really and not sure why you would ask if it was SS when it was CLEARLY BLACK. In the buyer feedback they posted: I am the dumbest buyer ever. The argument isn't why would I ask but that I did ask and was given wrong information which has never been denied by G&R Tactical.
These are statements that Grunbroker could easily see on their web site which support my claim against their seller. Still Gunbroker blew me off in favor of the seller. "
"I wanted to list a rifle. I could not find the manufacturer in their list of businesses. I tried to type it in but I received an error message saying it doesn't compute. I could not list the rifle. I tried to find out the way around this. OMG they have the worst support of any online provider that I have dealt with since 1999. It is as if one person designed the website and thought of possible questions that would be asked and wrote stock answers into the program. After finishing that person decided to go to the Fiji Islands to retire and let the website run itself. I believe that only thing monitored is his or her bank account. If you want to feel unimportant this is the place to be. It is interesting that they never respond to a negative review. THEY JUST DON'T CARE. I listed the gun with Guns America. Hopefully it will be a more rewarding experience."
"The website is difficult to use, and there is no customer service phone number. They DO NOT answer the online questions through their customer service link, and basically ignore the seller. But they continue to charge your credit card for services, even after they are notified the listed item was sold.
I will NEVER use them again, and I strongly suggest others stay away from these rip off artists.
Do yourselves a favor and check their complaints filed against them with the BBB. They have a well deserved horrible reputation."
"The service is just horrible, they are rude and unprofessional. You email them asking a question about your order and they are just flat out rude. If you don’t like your job then why are you then. It doesn’t take weeks to ship anything off and it doesn’t take weeks just to send an email. Now I’ve to be reasonable with them but I’m just fed up. "
