"Could not ask for a better buying process very prompt I put in one bid the cheaper than dirt asking price watched the bid for five days and did not get outbidded where as every other site's on the internet were out of stock and still do not know when the product availability will be"
"I'm going to start out by saying IT'S THE FORUM THAT MAKES THIS PLACE. I purchased a P938 Sig on 04/04/20 and she arrived rather quickly but was VERY stiff. The problem being was the magazine catch and loading the magazine was not very 'fluid'. I wrote in a request to Gunbroker.com to address this as I was concerned it might be a potential problem and no one got back to me. I wasn't sure I could go direct to the selling firm as it was well listed. I looked elsewhere on line to see what to do about it - I read in some places to give her a good cleaning - as there's grit from the factory in there and others say she was supposed to be ready to shoot out of the case. I came home every evening and repeatedly slid that magazine in and depressed the catch over and over. IT WAS THE FORUM ON THIS SITE THAT PROVED MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE. These people! I got a few tips and one asked that I report back so go to the FORUM EXPERTS when you've got a problem. After spending this much money, I'm going to play it safe and become VERY familiar with the firearm. Waiting on the cleaning kit with the proper oils and I'll be giving her a good massage. AND I will report back to the forum since they were the ones that got back to me right away. "
"Purchased two magazines which I never received and told me to make a claim.
Manage manage retail stores for over 25 years not the way I would handle a customer especially when he’s been upwards of $2000 to $3000 in firearms every year.
Fortunately it only cost me $80 to find out they operate poorly.

"Online bidding requires a start and an end. Gunbroker stacks the process against the bidder by allowing the seller to continuously change the elapsed time and the minimum bid."
"I had two failure to pays in a row on the same item. The process they make you go through is long and tedious. You have to wait to file a NPB and then relist the item before you can even hope to get a refund of your fees. In this case, I have racked up fees twice. I had an NPB last year and had to wait for ever in order to get my fees back and I didn't really want to go through this again. I sent an email to customer service nearly a week ago and still no response. There is no phone number listed for them. I have had my fill of this and will not sell again on Gunbroker. "
"GB verified seller and I got scammed along with 14 others from same seller. I am out $60 because GB will not reimburse me the first $100 of the purchase price. I will not use GB ever again."
"7+ year user of Gunbroker.com here.... Earlier this year a Buyer purchased $400 in ammo but never paid. Gunbroker charged my credit card roughly $30 in final value fees. I notified gunbroker.com customer service and followed their instructions I also filed a "non paying bidder" notice but gunbroker.com never issued any credit for their fraudulent billing... I sent a total of 10 (ten) emails to gunbroker.com customer support. All emails we unanswered or a "canned" reply was sent saying I needed to file a non paying bidder claim (which was done).
After 10 (ten) emails and 30 days of dealing with non existent customer service I filed a chargeback for the fraudulent billing with my credit card company and then gunbroker.com customer service magically suspended my account saying I needed to remove the chargeback. Imagine how absurd this request is.
GUNBROKER.com is engaged in fraudulent billing..... gunbroker.com billing practices should be reported to all credit card companies and merchant service providers. "
"Easily the worst gun buying and selling site online. I have been a customer of Gunbroker for over a decade, but no more. Their customer service is non-existent. Their website is horrible, unintuitive, hard to navigate, and they continually mess with it. They spam your email and sell your info. They don't care about customers, only about squeezing every last penny out of every transaction. They charge exorbitant amounts for selling and offer zero--and I do mean zero!--protection for both buyers and sellers. Also, their feedback function is on an A to F grading scale where F is calculated at 50% not 0%. In other words, a 50% rating is the lowest possible. This deliberate trick on Gunbroker's part means that the performance of buyers and sellers is inaccurately high, which benefits Gunbroker but deceives and therefore hurts customers.
Seriously, buy and sell somewhere else. Gunbroker is an awful company!"
"I liked to use Gunbroker.com because they have some good stuff on their site. At some point, someone bid or bought something, which I obviously didn’t pay for because I had no idea about it because I didn’t bid on it. I found out about this when I tried to sign into my account. GB.com suspended my account and I couldn’t even request they reopen until 11/11/19. I have written them countless times and all I’ve received were automated emails, that didn’t even address my issue. The automated emails said I could request reactivation of my account on 11/11/19 but when I did they changed the date to the end of November. No one from GB.com has ever contacted me regarding the fraudulent purchase that was made on my account, in fact no one has contacted me at all, despite the fact both my wife and I have been locked out of our accounts for over three months and counting for something we didn’t do. If GB.com didn’t have the selection of parts they do I would never give them any future business. Enjoy the site, just know, if ever there is a problem with your account, like fraud for instance, you will be s**t out of luck. So unbelievably disappointing."
"Gunbroker ONLY wants your money and they will disappear if an issue arises. They will in fact DEMAND payment for a transaction that could never have been completed because it may have violated the law!!!! They go silent when you try to contact them and will not answer for weeks at a time. I made them aware of a buyer that was attempting to circumvent the site rules for a purchase that may have violated his state's laws and they would not reply. When they finally did, they simply wanted their fee and froze my account. Sellers and buyers beware. Guns are too serious an item to be bought and sold on a site like this."
"Bought a Used Winchester Model 70 from PGK Outleters, Ann Arbor, MI. Purchased on layaway and received after fraudulent claim period ended. Upon receipt noted safety would not engage. Seller agreed Pay for gunsmith inspection. Communicated amount of repair which was not accepted by seller. Returned rifle and requested reimbursement for original cost and inspection. Seller stopped responding to emails about status of reimbursement. Noted seller reposted same item back on GunBroker. Posted support request seeking assistance from GB. No answer from them after 5 days and then found other posts complaining of GB. I have repeatedly called and sent emails to seller who says check was sent. After 30 days, still no reimbursement. I'm out almost $500. I will not do business with either GB or PGK Outleters going forward. Total fraud, does not answer the phone or return calls. All future buyers beware of both of these companies.

"Would not let me validate my account to sell anything, kept telling me I had to pass a screening. Charged me everytime and never let me pass. It was easy had to answer where I haved ever lived or worked from multiple choice questionaire . Kept failing me when I asked them what was up they told me a third party was in charge of that and had nothing to do with it. I asked them repeatidly then to cancel my account and they would not and were not helpful at all. I had to pay for several months ahead to reach a point where I was allowed to cancel It is a rip off!"
"T BUY FROM THIS SITE. YOUR TAKING A BIG CHANCE WITH YOUR MONEY. THE SELLERS ARE NOT VERIFIED AND IF YOU GET CHEATED THEY SAY THEY COVER UP TO 400 DOLLARS IN LOSS. THAT IS A BUNCH OF HOG WASH. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTING AND INCOMPETENT. I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR NO STAR AT ALL. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. SOME SELLERS SELL JUNK AND ONCE YOU BUY THE GUN THIS SORRY SITE WILL NOT HELP YOU. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU."
"Don’t get me wrong, GunBroker for the most part is an ok site where many have gotten great deals on thousands of firearms. However, GubBroker.com is essentially eBay in its infancy and DOES NOT protect buyers at all. In fact there is zero buyer or customer support available on GunBroker. They are essentially just a forum across the nation like a CraigsList set up in auction format.
If you ever have an issue with a seller, you will get no support Fromm GunBroker even with exhaust efforts.
ST Auctions is a fraudulent seller and why I’m stating this. I’ve filed a fraud report with the BBB as well as I’m going to report this FFL license to the ATF."
"worst outfit it the states. legitimate thieves for shure. chances are high you will never get what you ordered. time for people to start a class action lawsuit and put them out of business."
