"I ordered a octagon shaped, snow load rated spa cover.
It arrived undamaged and in good condition. Product looks great and preforms just as described.
However, shipping from Southern California, to Central California took 10 days! Other than the fact that shipping seemed to be done by a guy on a ten speed bike, the product is nice, and offered at a fair price.
I would recommend H2O Pool products, and would use them again; just order your cover a month before you will actually need it. "

They were very knowledgable about the product and all aspects of the installation. They took the time to explain what I would be seeing, so when it came time to swap out the motor it was exactly as they told me. This was for an elderly neighbor and she was surprised by how fast the motor arrived and that there was still companies out there that cared about customer satisfaction and service.
