"This was my first purchase from H2O Pool Products. My pool controller was giving me the wrong temperature readings so I called H2O. Lee was so helpful. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad temp sensor. I ordered the product Friday evening and it arrived at my home Tuesday.

I did have to pay for shipping, but as Lee pointed out most of the sites that have "free shipping" either have a handling fee or simply raise the price of the product. Even with shipping H2O was still the cheapest.

"I received the wrong size filter elements, and after unreturned calls and unacknowledged emails, I have given up on trying to return or exchange them for the proper ones. There are so many bad reviews of this company, and I wish I had read them first. The issue seems to be customer service --- so if your order is delayed, filled incorrectly, lost, or ? you are simply out of luck. They do not answer their phone, and they do not answer their emails. I have now ordered from another company with good ratings, and I will sell the filter grids on Craigs List. What a shame they continue to be in business."

"I have had three positive experiences with this company. A few years ago I needed a new salt cell. They are an expensive part but it was cheapest at this store. I received what I ordered promptly. Recently I needed to get some pool vacuum parts and a new spa control remote. After reading all the negative reviews I decided to order the vacuum parts first and see have that order went before buying the much more expensive remote. The vacuum parts arrived promptly in the manufacturers bags so I was very pleased. I then ordered the spa remote. Once again I received an obviously new part in the original manufacturers packaging. Plus, I received it 5 days after I ordered it. So, I am very happy with the customer service that I have received from this company. The only thing I didn't like is that they do not send you any delivery tracking or order confirmation. Since most companies do provide this, I found that a bit unnerving and unprofessional. Cracked the pool head and local stores were giving me quotes at more than twice the price from H2O Pool Products (H2O did have the lowest price I was able to find in three hours of searching the Internet). After researching online to locate a specific filter system for our pool/spa, I located www.h2opoolproducts.com. Because the filter system I was planning to buy would cost about $800, I did spend time comparing the alternative websites. I found the H2O Pool Product site to be the most professional, comprehensive and user friendly of all of the sites that I reviewed. More importantly, I received an email on the day after exploring their site from Josh, one of their sales representatives. Josh noted that I had been on the site and inquired about my experience. I responded with a specific question concerning the product that I was considering. An answer was immediately forthcoming from Josh. I then contacted the manufacturer directly to confirm the advice that I had received from Josh. Josh's advice was correct. I then asked Josh another question and he answered promptly.
