"***WARNING*** stay away from this "company" ... I placed order from what appeared to be a reputable website on 5/8. The site auto-generated ack. of the order, so I thought I was good to go. I checked status of the order for days afterward and saw no update or apparent activity. After about a week (I needed the parts within 7-10 days) I started to try to contact the company using all-available means (phone, e-mail, etc.) The phone voice mail tree seems to go nowhere, and e-mails were not answered, although the web site claims that "When we communicate with you we prefer e-mail" ... I was intent on cancelling my order, so I e-mailed that to the black hole .. a few days after that I noticed that my credit card was debited the amount - I had long since found another vendor so I filed a dispute to my card provider - then, after about 5 weeks, the item mysteriously appeard in the hands of FedEx at my door one afternoon - I happened to be home so I refused the delivery and asked to have it sent back. To this day, I am still dealing with my credit card debit. Stay away from this company!!!"
"Not many times will I compliment a seller, because most of the time, sellers will lead you on, but on the rare occasion one does a good job, praise is needed. Order was taken for a pool pump, I asked to please ship soon, and it was shipped the next day, and received the following day. It will be installed tomorrow, hopefully without a glitch. GOOD JOB"
"I purchased two products form H2 in May 2008 and recieved the shipment in about 6 or 7 days. That was fine. However, one of the two products I ordered was the wrong part. I wrote an e-mail to H2O and they were prompt to respond indicating they would send me the correct part once I re-ordered and I could return the wrong part for a credit without any aditional shiping cost to me. Some one from H2O even called and left a voice mail and were very pleasant assuring me that everything would be taken care of. Well it's has been about 6 weeks and I have not heard anything from H2O. Like many others, I called and left e-mails and still no reply.
It hard to believe one moment they are very helpful, but the next elusive. Some one said in one of the reviews that often time all you hear are bad reviews and not the good experiences. Although I agreed that maybe true, but you have to wonder why are there bad reviews. You can not treat some customers good and some bad. That in it self is grounds for me not to do business with a company because you never know when you are the one that's going to get the bad experience. I am sure al of have had are day and it's not a lot fun spending hours writing complaints to diffrent consumer/legal agencies and waiting on something you paid for.

"Seller was extremeley helpful with a difficult situation. I ordered a pool pump, 2 valve actuators and an aquarite system with chlorinator, automated controls, wireless handheld control, etc... Unfortunately, my local installer said he could not install the pump (compatibility issues). He also told me I only needed the originial 2 actuators that came with the aquarite kit itself, not an ADDITIONAL 2 that I had purchased. Aside from a very well packed and quickly shipped initial order, this seller was also gracious enough to accept the pump and the extra 2 valve actuators back. He is also very quick to respond to emails and any questions that I had. All in all, a very positive experience. It is funny how only disastified people normally write a review... I am quite sure given my very positive experience that he has MANY seamless transactions on a daily basis. Great seller!

"I decided this year I will go green with my pool by installing energy-efficient products to replace my aging equipment. H2O Pool Products had the best prices by far on all of the parts I needed to replace my pump, filter, heater, and to upgrade to a chrlorine generator. I ordered everything on the morning of April 22nd. In less than an hour someone from H2O Pool Products (sorry, Ican't remeber his name) called me to go over the items I ordered and to tell me since I was ordering three things form Pentair that my warranty would be extended to 3 years. Since the heater I ordered is branded Sta-Rite, he said he would first need to call Pentair to verify. He called me back within 10 minutes to confirm my warranty had been extended. 6 days later Estes freight delivery called me to setup a delivery time and 9 days after placing my order I had a well-wrapped pallet in my driveway containing all new product exactly as I had ordered.
I have no complaints about the service, products, or delivery. Everything went like clockwork. I will buy from H2O Pool Products again should I need anything else."

They made suggestions that helped me decide which equipment to buy. Their suggestions saved me more than $1000 and also increased my warranty from 1 year to 3 years. I followed amati5's advice and called poolparts4u.com. They have h20 pool Products listed on their website. The lady told me they do business as Cabana Pools out of Huntington Beach, CA. Website is www.cabanapool.com and their phone number is ***-***-****. I called the number and while on the phone they told me it will ship today.
What a horrible online experience.

"Like others said, there is no communication from seller except for the automated email. When placing the order, I asked to confirm if I'll get my parts before the weekend. No reply and no tracking number provided after 24hrs. Normaly I am patient about this but I need to know if I'll have the parts by Saturday. I went on this site and check the rating, holy!!!! I got panic. I wrote them again and threaten to cancel the order if I don't get any response within 24 hrs. No response. I finally went back to their web site and saw they mention if you can't find the part check their other web site, poolparts4u.com. I went to the site talked to a live operator from Poolwidget, their distributor. The operator gave me a local phone number and said they have a couple of store in Huntington Beach. I called and a gentleman picked it up. I asked if they were affiliated with H20poolproducts and he said yes and what can he do to help. I told them about my order and asked when it will be shipped. He said it will be shipped today and I will get it before the weekend, just like that. After I hanging up the phone, I didn't feel easy because it sounded too good to be true, after all these waitings for the reply. Hours later, I got the tracking number and a day later, It was infront of my door. Maybe if I just ordered and wait, I would still get the part on time but sometimes it's good to know you're dealing with a real company, not a website. The bottome line is they are ligit and have a real business. I think online business is something they do on the side and don't pay much attention to it. They charged the credit cards fast because it's done automatically by a service. Too bad that they don't take their online business seriously because they do have the potential to run it sucessfully. "I got burned. I ALMOST always check resellerratings before ordering online. With so much "ebaying" lately I forgot to do so before ordering from this "company". They posted a charge to my account the next business day after my order, did not ship anything (now going on 8 business days), have a full voicemail on their phone system, the phone number they post to Visa is a fax number, and they won't respond to e-mails (two days plus). I should have known when upon further investigation they have fine print trying to explain why they are so slow (small family business, etc, etc,) Funny, they made sure they got paid real fast! Not a way to do business. I put a dispute on my card and will have to fork over $10 to replace it with a new one with a new number.I should've checked resellerratings !!! STAY AWAY !!!
UPDATES: Recieved products the dy after I wrote this review, as ordered. Still would rate the company poor in regards to comunication. "
"Horrible customer service. Order placed and remained in "pending" state for 9 days with no response to email during that time. Phone calls went to a "full mailbox", so messages could not be left. Luckily got through after 9 days and was told that they were a 1-man operation and swamped. Asked for order to be canceled and received email that it was. Two weeks later and no credit posted to my CC.
Can not recommend at all. Stay away."
