"I do agree they have the worst customer service on the phone, when you call them after 20 min waiting they get your call then after you explain them the reason for your call they put you on the hold (specially if it's dealing with returning money or Gift Cards) they are very rude, then they will tell you we are not dealing with this issue we have to send this to another....(who knows where) for this reason it takes about 24 business days then they will contact you!!!!! They never ask your Phone number or your information how would they want to contact you? and if you want to talk with their supervisor they put you on hold AGAIN for 30 min then hangup at the end, that easy! and imagine when it happens to you several times!!
I can't believe this company it's a North American STORE with a Very Bad Customer Service."

Twelve hours after I ordered this dress then on Black Friday it was 80.88 so after several call emails and trying to talk to an agent with live chat I was not only cut off but eventually got a few emails promissig to get back withini 48 hours. I am still waiting. However the dress was further reduced on cyber Monday to 69.00attempt to send more emails staying on the phone at this #1800 521
2364 for more than20 minutes at a time then getting cut off. I am very diasappointed with what has happened and today I received the dress and invoice for $155.94 all I ever wanted was a price adjustment and I think your policy within seven days a price adjustment is granted. I would very much appreciate a response to ****@**** Thank you"

"Had a very positive online shopping experience. I ordered breakable items from their gift department. Shipping (free over a certain dollar amount) was fast and reliable. The package arrived well packed and included a packing slip from the individual who handled my order at the warehouse. I would definitely order from them again. "I have been treated totally unfairly I over paid my account and asked for a refund, but was told I would have to send in my bank statement to show that I had paid it, I refused they have no right to see my bank statement, they told me then I would have to wait 3 months for my refund, now three months later I phoned and they still refuse to give me a refund and have again told me that I have to send in my statement, they demand their money every month and charge a high interest, am I going to get interest on my overpayment."
"Very poor customer service. When I am trying enquire the status of my order. No respond nor follow up at all. The only thing they are fast is make the transcation on your credit card and then you are on your own. Will never make further order with them nor recommend to anybody. May be this is why they need to be out of the business after 30 years of poor service."
