Their tracking numbers don't do anything for you, whenever you try and check on the status of your order you get nothing or you will just get the date that it was scanned into the system.

"I ordered two covers for my Samsung Galaxy S III on 9/1/2012 and I still have not received them as of 9/18/2012. I called last week (9/11/2012) and was given a tracking number, but the tracking only tracked to 9/7/2012. I finally got through today after six tries and only getting a busy signal and was told that the tracking shows they delivered it on 9/11/2012. I have not received my order. I was told to complain to the USPS. Never again and if I don't have my order today, I'm filing a complaint with the BBB."
"Overall, was completely satisfied with my purchase. I ordered two cases for my iPhone 4 and received both within two days of ordering. This was my first time dealing with this company and did not bother checking reviews until after my order was placed. After reading the reviews, I was worried I would be stuck with garbage. But my order of two cases came in new condition and did not smell like some of the other people mentioned. I also received a discount coupon from them to use for my next order. I purchased a white ipad cover from them and the ipad cover I received is defective and the auto on/off cover is not working. On top of that, the white cover is stained in many places like a used item. So I called and called many, many times, I can never get through, constantly a busy signal, try it yourself before you decide to purchase anything: ***-***-****. I then emailed them over the next couple of days informing them about the defective product and even gave them my number to call me back but I got no reply. Finally after a few attempts, after I told them that I would escalate this matter to BBB (Better Business Bureau) I finally got a standard reply back from them telling me to send item back to them for them to inspect it in their facility and test the item. However, I asked them over and over again for a pre-paid return label and they refused to do so, instead they told me to send them pictures so they can decide. The only thing I can do in the picture is to show them the stains but how could I send them picture of the defective auto ON/OFF cover? I did what they told me to do, I sent them pictures and informed them that there is no way I can show them in picture that the auto on/off cover is not working, so after all that, they told me to send the item back but still will not give me a pre-paid label after seeing pictures of stains on the ipad cover. Anyways, instead of arguing with them trying to obtain a pre-paid return label, I ended up sending the ipad cover to them via USPS and even paid extra on the delivery confirmation. Couple of weeks later, today (7/23/12) actually, I just received a REFUSED delivery package returned to me from USPS. I am certainly furious at this point. I spent countless effort trying to get a refund and after doing all that they asked, they refused to receive my returned merchandise. WOW, they are unbelievable! I never thought this company can be so dirty to their customers… They gave me the runaround, making me pay more postage to return them item and then refused to receive my returned merchandise. I am so angry right now, I want whoever that had bad experience with this company to contact me and I want to gather enough cases to sue this company. I WILL go the extra mile to make sure no more customers are bullied like what I have been through. Make sure you save all your correspondence with this company, every piece of evidence will help. "I am having serious problems with this company. I ordered a white perforated iPad case from them. Delivery and everything up until I received the item went fine. However, just days after receiving the case it started to crack and break around the corners. At one point it popped off the iPad, causing it to fall on the concrete and get badly scratched up. I have tried several times to contact the company but the links on their website don't work and their "customer service" phone number only gives me a busy signal."
"Like everyone else I had bought my items without reading the reviews and when I did I freaked out! I thought I wasn't going to get my things and or they would come to me broken etc. I even knew I was going to get ripped off because I couldn't even track my order cause their button doesn't work and their phone line was always busy (I had call led during their closing hours, which could be why) but they should leave a message or something... So I waited til Monday (which is today) to call again. They picked up and I asked to track my order and she did and told me my package was out for delivery so I should expect it today or tomorrow... I got it a couple minutes after she told me that!!! Everything I got I was pleased with (no smell like everyone warned me) I had ordered an iPad case stylus and screen cover. I mean for the price? Not a bad deal at all! The only thing I didn't really like was the stylus... It was all scratched up and more like worth $1 than $7... But other then that, very relieved and pleased. "Wish I had read reviews too! Ordered iPad cover and stylist. Never received items, soi tried to call got busy signals every time. Then tried to email and the email was rejected and send back to me. Called my bank after I read all the reviews, they are trying to refund me and I had to cancel my card just in case they have my card on file. What a pain. The bank gave me another number to call and it was disconnected! I have never had anything like this happen guess I learned a lesson. Look at reviews before ordering!!!!"

"This company uses shady tactics to sell items that are not what they say they are.
I purchased the Deal of the Day bundled iPad 2 Case with Smart Cover (Black). After getting the order, it was missing the Smart Cover. I promptly contacted support minutes after getting my package but it took them days to get back with me.
They're response was that it doesn't come with the Smart Cover even though all over the search results, product landing page, order confirmation page, and email confirmation, it says with Smart Cover.
The only option I had was to ship it all back if it was all in it's original, resellable, packaging that had to be tore open to get to, which meant I was simply out of luck."
