"This was my second order in 4 months. I ordered two animal print cases for my Iphone. A zebra stripe for my granddaughter which she saw on my Iphone and wanted and also ordered a leopard cover. They were very reasonable and were delivered by US Mail three days later with two additional free screen protectors. Not sure why everyone else has problems with them because I never have and I will order again."
"We didn't receive a confirmation of our order with a ship date for a few days., which is unusual for an online retailer. We tried to return an email to ask about the shipping date, and the emails we returned to us unanswered. After reading reviews on here, we asked for a refund through paypal's dispute process. The item shipped the next day and arrived within 7 days. We canceled the complaint, as the item arrived and was as described. We were surprised to get the item we ordered, but we did. Would we order again? Not based on the other complaints we saw online but we did get what we ordered in a reasonable amt. of time!"

"I ordered on December. 28 regular mail service. It showed shipped on the 30 th. Post office was closed January 2, My package was waiting at the Post office onJanuary 3. small product were new first class materials and exceeded my expectations I would recommend this supplier based on my experience. It is troubling that reviewing other suppliers site, and the negative comment ,well many of the comments were almost word for word the same as for this supplier. It seems that not only can you hire firms to give good reports but your competitor can hire firm to supply negative reports. Well buying online is getting more complicated."

"I won't order from this company again. I didn't receive an email that my order had been shipped (the web page said I would). HD charged my credit card before they items had shown shipped. I called the company to inquire as to when my order would be shipped. HD wasn't open during the hours they advertised on the voice mail message, I then emailed HD, no reply & still no reply! When I finally spoke to someone at HD, the woman suggested I must have typed the wrong email address on my order? Really!!..
I did receive my items (2) just a few days later, they are exactly what I ordered & appear to look just fine.
I'm just happy I didn't have a major problem with HD because I don't think they are a good company for resolving customer's problems."

I ordered several items from Amazon at the same time and most arrived on the same day as the shipment from HDAccessory.com. Prices are great, but no free shipping.
