The items themselves did not work- as soon as you plug them into the iphone it freezes. Contacting this company via phone and email was fruitless, and they simply dragged out the paypal dispute process as along as possible. "

"I read the reviews here and decided to order anyway since the deals were so good. I put the order on my credit card instead of paypal, so I could just cancel payment if they didn't ship the products. I ordered a case for my ipod touch, as well as an audio/video cable, wall/car charger, and car holder. All 4 items were $47 shipped. I ordered on Saturday afternoon, and I received the package on Tuesday. I was thrilled to find everything I ordered in the box and in good working order. Would do business again. Fast shipping, prompt emails, and exactly what I ordered. The only complaint I could possibly have is that the materials do feel cheap. I had to expect that though, the Car holder was only $4, so it's made out of thin plastic, and the ipod case doesn't fit 100% perfect, but again, I paid $5 for a similar case that sells for $30 at the ipod store."

"I too got "taken"-- on two 3G iPhone cases. They are so cheaply made that, although you can close them around the phone, they pop open immediately. I orderd two little knit socks for iPod nanos and they fit but it would be pretty difficult to bungle a knit sock. I tried calling their number and no one answers. ""Is this even a real company?" I found myself wondering this when I discovered that the merchandise HDACESSORY.COM sent me did not match the specifications advertised on its website. It's not that they sent me the wrong merchandise; what they sent simply did not operate on a level anywher near HDACCESSORY's advertisements.

I ordered an Ipod/Iphone "3G" car charger/sync cable, and an FM transmitter (with a car charger for the transmitter alone). The FM transmitter did not have the charger--which is expressly included as a part of the component-- and above all, the FM transmitter DOES NOT TRASMIT.

Furtermore, the sync cable does not describe itself as compatible with any iphone or even the ipod touch, so I didn't even bother opening it. I'm glad I decided not to, because HDACCESSORY.COM has failed to return or answer any of my calls or emails, and their return policy favors unopened merchandise.

In fact, the phone numbers listed by them are either disconnected or not connected to an answering machine or call center. I have emailed every email address listed on their website and have not received a response. I'm about to ship the product back and contest the charge through my credit card company.

I could not be more unsatisfied at this point, and even if someone does eventually return my emails or calls, the level of false information and lack of communication I have experienced this far indicates any buyer should think twice before ordering from HDACCESSORY.COM."

"These people are the absolute worst. I purchased a leather case for the iPod touch. About ten minutes later I realized it did not have the type of clip I needed. So, I wrote them literally about 15 minutes after the purchase and requested they cancel the order. I also tried calling their customer service number the following morning during their listed business hours--nobody ever answers and it does not even go to message...it just rings on forever. I have written and called them all day with no response. Then, this afternoon I get an e-mail the the product has been shipped. So now if I want to return the item I will lose the shipping costs BOTH WAYS. This "store" is the worst. Look around at other review sites, you will see tons of negative reviews for this "store". "

"I ordered an FM Transmitter for my iPod on 12/28/07 paid with Paypal (recommended). I received order confirmation from them immediately followed minutes later by notice from PayPal that my account had been charged. Emailed them on 12/30/07 asking for ship date - no reponse. Emailed them 01/04/07 saying if I didn't received product by 01/07/08 I wanted to cancel the order - no response. Between 12/30/07 and 01/07/08 I attempted to reach them by phone innumerable times . Typically the line would ring so long I would finally get a fast busy and a disconnect. When I hadn't received my order by 01/07/08 and had not heard from them since the day I ordered on 01/08/08 I opened a dispute with PayPal. The evening of 01/08/08 I received email that the order had shipped on 01/09/08??!! I checked the tracking number several times but only electronic information had been received. Nothing had actually shipped. On 01/11/08 I posted a comment at PayPal regarding the dispute stating "As soon as I receive the product and am satisfied with it I will withdraw the dispute." That evening I received email that the product had shipped. I checked the tracking number and my order was on it's way. I received the order on 01/14/07. I checked it out and it worked OK. That was the evening of 01/14/07. The next morning I received email that the seller, Kewyei Inc., had elevated my dispute to a claim. I had the product in hand less than 12 hours without withdrawing my dispute and Kewyei elevates it to a claim!!!! HDaccessory.com will charge you immediately and take their own sweet time keeping their end of the bargain. It is my personal opinion that these people are either incredibly naive about running a business, incredibly stupid about running a business, or incredibly dishonest about running a business. I will NEVER shop at any site run by Kewyei and I will warn everyone I can not to do any type of business with them."
