Left in the Dark

"I ordered a 43" TV online, paid, and got an email confirming my order. I waited for my shipping confirmation and never received it. I tried logging into my account several times yet each time saying I wasn't a know customer. My TV did arrive in the date range they said it would but it did make me very uncomfortable not hearing anything back other then confirming they placed the order."

Poor customer service

"The RCA TV I received had software problems, they didn't call the night before delivery to give me a time frame, so I called the store to have it exchanged. Then when they delivered the second tv, they were 2 hours late, and the new TV also had software issues. I called HH Gregg about that problem, and they said to pick out a different brand and they would exchange it for no cost. But when customer service went to process the order, they told me I had to pay the difference. After all the problems I had with two tvs and delivery issues, now they want to add salt to injury. I cancelled out everything and told them to pick up the second TV and give me my money back."

Not a good place to shop

"Was shopping for a TV. On their homepage, Presidents' day savings and coupons. None work. I sign up for email and they send me a coupon. It doesn't work. Then they send me an email that I left something in my cart. That email says free shipping with a $35 purchase. So I go back to the web site and find shipping is $99 and they charging sales tax even though they have no stores in my state.

While I am at the website I get a pop up with can I help you chat. The agent Mike, just disconnects me when I ask about the shipping charge and coupons which don't work.

I am glad I wasn't able to purchase there.

Ordering and Delivery - Easy, Fast and On-time

"Ordered Samsung TV online. Got multiple emails indicating purchase and delivery date/times. Received at least 4 phone calls IRT delivery time and date. Delivery guys were awesome. Respected our home floors and walls, opened TV and tested then asked if we were happy with the purchase and delivery. Great job HHG!"

"I asked for help setting up the TV in the order, when delivered I was told they would not do it because my stand had a wall like mount.( I may have misunderstood the options.I did not think my stand was a wall mount) I was also given a card by the delivery person for his family's restaurant. I thought it was out of line. You can not help me but you want me to frequent your business."

"The refrigerator is fantastic, 7.4 cu ft. the gorillas that delivered it dented it in two(2) places, one very large. I suggest if you want a refrigerator, go get it and avoid the heartach."

Happy Day

"Love the double reclining sofa. Purchased online after viewing at the store. Product delivered by two nice guys that were quick and thorough. They even made it up my hill in the snow!

Only question I had left was about the $100 in store credit for having delivered. The store mentioned it. The online person I spoke to mentioned it but it was not a part of the paperwork given at delivery. So I'm waiting to see if it comes in the mail.
