"Worst on line experience I've ever had. Forced to ordered a washer and dryer with add-ons I couldn't delete. Called online customer service only to wait 10 min's to speak to someone I couldn't understand. Then I was told I couldn't complete the order because the shipping address wasn't complete, even though it was the same as the billing address. Had to go through this process twice. Nothing was wrong with the shipping address, I didn't change a thing. The third time the shipping address was ok but they said there was a problem with my credit card. THEY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE AND MY CC COMPANY RESTRICKTED IT IN CASE OF FRAUD. Had to use another card. When they delivered them the dryer had a dent in the door. Had to wait almost a week to get another delivered. Goodbye HH.Gregg."

"First off let me explain I am a father of 2 and use a laptop for business and school purposes. I take additional classes online for a focused degree and work for a government agency which keeping files and research is necessary. I also use the laptop for family pictures and files. I had a smaller notebook which had virtually no durability and the touchscreen broke and one of the 360 hinges broke. The laptop would tend to freeze and I would have to reboot constantly from damaged connection. So I was in need for a new, faster, more durable laptop. Word of advice, you get what you pay for, you buy cheap you get cheap. Here is my story.....
Although the employees did do their best to help me when I was in the store, the lack of computers in stock I thought was unacceptable for a large chain retail store. I originally went into the store to look for a new laptop and I saw two different models I was interested in, the employee went to check the stock and said that they were both out of stock and they needed to be ordered if I wanted one. Since I was told I would have to order one I decided that I didn't want to buy one at that time and would take the opportunity to go home and research the inventory more.
After I go home and check the online inventory I saw a different laptop that was a little bit more expensive than the original considerations and was on clearance. Checking the inventory online, it stated that it was still in stick at the store local to me. I called the store to confirm it was in stock and they confirmed that it was. So I decided to drive back down to the store to look at it and purchase it.
I get to the store and the employee wasn't wrong, it was in stock, however the one in stock was damaged. I wasn't happy about driving down a second time to leave empty handed, especially since I have 2 kids under 3 to juggle in between. Ultimately I took another look at all the computers on display and wrote them down to compare them later when I got home, ( I do not like to purchase things that I can't see in person first). So now there are 3 computers I was interested in that were not in stock and had left me disappointed. I also found out while talking to an employee that even all the computers they had in stock weren't even on display, which did not make any sense to me. Usually I like to buy directly from the store since employees get credit for sales, and I can also inspect the product before taking it home. I have had experience buying other products online from other stores that are delivered damaged and I have to return for a new product which ultimately turns into another 2 week turn around.
Ultimately I found a laptop that was in my budget and ordered it online, from which I inspected at the store first. It was delivered undamaged. The disappointing part was that I could not just buy one at the store and ultimately had to pay extra for 2 day shipping, also no store employees got credit for my sale.
