I received a call on 2/20/16 telling me the television that I ordered was discontinued but would be bumped up to the next size/model. This television should have arrived by 2/22/16, but I have no heard anything about the order."
"Attempted to order a freezer online and the billing page voided a gift card I had and would not let me use it. I was able to call customer service who put the money back on my card. I was able to complete the order and the delivery and communication went smoothly from there. I am so thankful for hhgregg. I have had such poor customer service experiences with their competitors that I was out of places to buy appliances. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be, driver called to stay in touch and confirm directions.. top notch "

" I wasn't happy with the customer service in which I received. I called the main office and spoke to Di/Diane there who called and spoke to the people at the store regarding their customer service and bait and switch practices. I went back to pick up my iPad it was not in according to the Store manager so he upgraded me to a new iPad Air 2. That was very nice and I really did appreciate that. I felt like that was a parting gift for all of my complaints and hardship. They didn't have to do that yet they chose to give me a better product and I really do appreciate it.
