When I arrived at the store 6 hours later I was told the tv was in stock but I couldn't pick it up because it wasn't "cleared" in the system. Given that the location was some distance from my home I asked if there was anything that could be done and was told no. I called customer service the following morning and after 3 minutes they "cleared" me in the system. I'm sure a quick phone call while I was in store would've done the trick and it's my assumption of i went to purchase the tv in person I wasn't going to have to stay in store until I was "cleared". I just found the whole process a little frustrating especially given that the competitors usually have store pickups ready for me within the hour. "
