"My online purchase went very smooth. I was able to quickly find what I wanted and which store in my area had availability before checking out. Once in Check Out I entered my discount code and my total was accurately compiled the first time. A short time later, as told to expect, I received an email informing me that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store I was greeted with "How can I help you" and my item was promptly brought out to the service desk. Not one, but two, associates loaded it into my vehicle. I felt like a valued customer and left thinking that they most likely treated all their customers as such. I am very satisfied!"

"I am happy with the appliances I purchased. I am also happy with the salesperson I worked with. However I am very dissatisfied with HHgregg's delivery and rebate service. Not only that, everyone I have tried to contact regarding the situation is not getting back to me. I have been waiting on a rebate from them for over 7 months and it is still not fixed. I have gone to the store, contacted corporate, called the rebate center. I have not documented the amount of time I have spent on the phone and driving but it for sure is over 5 hours of dealing with this issue. They say they have tried to send me the rebate on multiple occasions but to me it is at the point of dishonesty. I have checked with my mail service and they said they are not having an issue on their end and I am not missing any other mail. I have also talked to others I know and they have said the same thing has happened to their family members. I really hope HHgregg fixes this issue soon because I did enjoy the shopping part of the experience. "

"It has been a very disappointing experience almost every new appliance had issues Some of the delivery teans are inconsiderate and caused issues to the biggest issue that Samsung fights with you all the way on warranty work top of the line washer broke 40 days and dont want to send someone to look at it .they rather push the blame .never again will i buy samsung products"
