I emailed customer service requesting cancellation and a refund a week after receiving that notice and never heard back. I then called and spoke to customer service, was told I would receive email confirmation of the cancellation within two business days and a refund within five business days. I still have not heard anything after giving more than five business days. "

Hawaii is one of the 50 states and served by US Post Office which gets things here promptly and at the same cost as every other state.
