"It works. It reduced the pain. But the plastic pinches the skin near my palm on the opposite side in certain motions. It was solved by using a fingerless compression glove underneath the brace. But that means taking everything off to wash my hands, preparing meals and or anything else like that. Oh well, it's just another adaptation to living with arthritis. So I bought a 2nd one for the other hand."

"After placing my order, I got a confirmation email. Then the next day, I got an email saying that my purchase had not been completed and I needed to finish the process. After a couple more days, I got an email to confirm the order has been shipped. All prior orders were flawless."
