"I was very pleased to discover the homepage, and I believe I will enjoy my experience here. My father has been bedridden for 8 months due to an ALS diagnosis. Product never recieved

"I ordered a product on Oct 16 and never received it. I wrote to their customer service on Oct 26 and they said it was delayed 7 to 10 days. I didn’t want to wait so I requested a refund. It is now Dec 3rd and I STILL haven’t received a follow-up response, the product nor my refund. "

Bad Discount Code

"I was sent a thirty percent discount code that didn’t work. My nebulizer stopped working and I had to replace it as emergency. My order was placed using a twenty percent coupon instead. My last order one of the VOS Nebulizers stopped working after a few weeks. The customer service representative gave me the run around and I simply threw it in garbage. When I had problem with Para Trek and called them directly they immediately sent out a replacement. With amount of Nebulizers I’ve purchased I’m disappointed with this company. My next order will probably be with another company.
