"I placed an order Feb 12. I paid $30.00 for 2-3 day delivery. I received one line item Wednesday Feb 14. I called customer service to check on 2nd line item. It had not been shipped yet. I needed to change shipping address because I was no longer going to be at original address. Remember, I paid for 2-3 day shipping. I spoke with someone who said they would try to change shipping address. That did not happen. I receive notification this morning that item had shipped and will arrive at original address by Friday evening. I will not be there. That is why I paid for 2-3 day shipping. I call customer service and tell them the same thing I told them yesterday. Do not send to original address. Send to second address because we are having to leave for a doctors appointment. They call the carrier and cancel the order. It has to go back to original distributor before they can re-route it to 2nd address. I now have to order thru a new company to get it there asap. What a mess. I will never use this company again."
