"It was very difficult to navigate the web site. At one point I asked in the chat room and I was told to clear browsing data and then restart the pc. I did so but i found it difficult anyway. From one day to the next the keystrokes required seemed to change. On one day "add to cart" was available. A couple days later it was blocked. Then I discovered the clicking on the price allowed me to add to cart.
More importantly, depending on the order in which stocking features were selected, a different stocking was made available. If web site maintenance was occuring (14-17 Feb), there was a lack of notice to a user so adjustments to inputs could be postponed."

"The boxes to fill in your address is smaller than the size of the letters so you can hardly see what you are typing. I had to keep editing the shipping details because I couldn't ready what i was typing. Also it would be better to add an additional line for address."
