"4 Hours on your sight locking up terrible and loosing money due to total changing $8.79 with the word SUNFLOWER, we have a copy. Then calling RAJ saying I will get an email 7/22/24 on this which I reported 7/19/24 at 1PM to make an adjustment giving back $8.79, to Visa account"

"I ordered a product on 7/12/24 as of today, 7/19/24, I have not received it. I called yesterday to see what the problem was, and spoke with a man with a heavy accent who was very hard to understand. After a few minutes, all he could tell me was that my order had been delayed. When I asked if he could give me some idea of when I could expect to receive it, all he told me was to check back the beginning of next week. I find this very unacceptable."
"HPFY. Has very sloppy service. When I placed my order, it was never sent to processing dept. I had to call everyday to make sure my order was being entered into the system, each time a different agent would answer the phone with horrible eastern accents that made it very hard to understand them in what they were saying. I just hope to God I get my order in the mail this month!¡! Please step up your customer service better and get those orders into processing faster!!!!!"
