"My initial review was given directly after placing the order, however, four days after placing the order, I received an email letting me know that my order was delayed and would take an additional 4 business days in addition to the already 7 seven business days that is their default. Now considering that standard shipping cost 50% of my order, I had higher expectations than that. Because I felt in urgent need of the product I'd ordered, I cancelled and went to Amazon. It arrived the next day."
