"On 5/18/20 I ordered some muscle shirts and when I got them they were 4 inches shorter then the last ones I purchased. They were marked right but not made right, I was told to send them back and I will be charged $10.00 for returning them. I argued with them stating they were made wrong , they said that it was too bad and to send them back for a partial refund. So another words you lost $10.00 and still need shirts that are made properly.

"Is one star the lowest I can go!! Returned a pair of shoes, Haband took $9.99 out of my paypal account just to return item up front. Upon Haband giving me my refund , Haband took out another $8.99 for shipping costs. So out of a $33.96 purchase of shoes I got $14.98 back and they pocketed $18.98!! NEVER AGAIN!!"
"I ordered my husband a jacket. It was too big. I returned it to exchange for a smaller size. Their exchange fee is $9.99 to exchange for a smaller size. Returns are free? They can't exchange the size as they are out of them. So they refunded the original cost of the jacket and kept the $9.99. They never called to let me know what was going on, or sent me an email in any way. Except that they cashed the exchange fee. I have made several phone calls and sent several emails to find out I have no jacket and have lost $9.99 on top of that. Insult to injury. Now I still have to find my husband a jacket, and start all over again. Never again!"
"I ordered six items from them. Kept checking on line for delivery. Kept showing delivery date on all items. The day of delivery I received 4 of the six items, even though it showed on the packing slip all items were shipped. Call customer service. Automation said all items shipped. Yet the two that didn't show were circled. After finally getting through to a human I was told those items were not available I would get a credit. Hummmm... Seems as though they were never available.
Sadly I will never be buying from this company. It's all Chinese crap."

"I placed an order in October for Christmas and received a confirmation email with an order number, total, and all order information. I called after not receiving my items, gave them my order number and was informed it was canceled. The customer service representative was very rude and hung up on me. She never bothered to call back. I went online and placed the order a SECOND time! Again, I received a confirmation email and when I called to check the status of my second order, I was told it didn't exist and they couldn't help me. The customer service rep told me she could place the order over the phone but the items I wanted were sold out (it's December now/2 months later). Haband is horrible! I will never order from them again. "
"Haband is the worst company I have ever dealt with. When I ordered I was told an email would be sent telling me when the order would ship and the arrival date. I never heard a word from them so I had no idea when or how it would be shipped. One day it arrived by mail. I had ordered shoes. The order came without a shoe box and just in a unlined envelope, no cushioning. More than likely if there had been damage I would have been blamed. I returned the shoes and I will NEVER deal with this company again. "
"I guess I should have read reviews before ordering from this company. I placed an order for Christmas and received an email with an order number and that stated all the items I ordered were available and would be received within 6 - 8 business days. I called after not receiving my items and gave them my order number and was informed it didn't exist and they couldn't help me. I then emailed customer service, forwarding the email I received from them asking them to please honor the order I placed with the prices that I ordered them at. Received email back stating again they wouldn't help me in any way. Customer service is horrible would never order from them again."
