" I have been a customer for about 5 years. Sometimes the product fabrics are too thin and sheer however sometimes they are acceptable. The elastic and zippers are poor quality. My parka jacket zipper jammed all winter and had to constantly fix it. I just closed my account because I had ordered clearance items from the Blair/haband website only to find the prices on the website did not flow into the confirmation emails. The first confirmation email said no color for the items selected. The price was low because it was on clearance and only one color was remaining in stock.. They did correct the colors to ones selected but by then the price went from 13+ dollars to 22 dollars with no explanation. They would not honor the original prices in my order. Two corporate phone numbers are disconnected. This company is in trouble.
Worse someone from a small town in North Carolina placed an order and it was posted to my personal Account. I live in NY. Customer service said they were aware of the problem but never fixed it 2 weeks later.

"My mother in law purchased 4 leather jackets that in the website image showed a decent looking jacket with many blurred lines on the jacket. What showed up explained the blurred out lines, all the blurriness was due to the jacket being made with at least 100 small patches of leftover cheap leather scrapes that had been spray painted an awful color to all match.
When we called to have it sent back (which we didn't want my mother-in-law to be made aware of), they said we could exchange only for a different size and there would be a $9 fee for each jacket, in addition, you pay shipping. Why would any want their garbage is beyond me. What a waste of my eldery mother-in-laws $200. "
"i purchased a very nice jacket online from Haband. i did notice the shipping was taking a long time, but eventually the jacket arrived. it did not come with paperwork.
i saw the jacket through the packed clear wrapping and with being happy with what i saw, i wrapped the jacket to give for a gift. i did not examine it, for i did not want to break the seal.
with my receiver of the gift, opening the packaging to try the jacket on, he read the tag. it said 3XL. he told me it would not fit him for he was a Large to XL.
i did not order him a 3XL! what store idiot knew it was going to be a christmas gift and stuck me with an impossible size to fit anyone? i did not see the wrong item as being a mistake. it was a deliberate act.
i immediately got online and found the site i ordered from. i called the number. it was a trick number. after 30 seconds of making you think it was legit.. the number disconnected. after trying this number a couple of times, i went online and found another number. it too was a trick number. i got disconnected after 30 seconds.
went online another time. followed instructions were i was told i could send a special email where it would let the company know, i wanted to talk to a representative. upon receiving my email, i would be put on a list of people needing to be called. they stated it would eliminate my need to stay on the line, to wait for a representative. of course, they failed to mention there was no line of people waiting. that was because there was no representative.
i hope the better business bureau is listening. i tried to file a complaint online about Haband but the BBB had no record of the company. no record, no prior complaints. was this a trick, too?

"I ordered three medium sweaters in different colors. Received two and one was back ordered. They were too large, so I called to exchange the two I received and have them change the back ordered sweater for a small. Was told that I would have to pay $9.99 for the original order to be exchanged and an additional $9.99 for the one they are already sending back ordered. So essentially I would be paying almost as much as the order. Obviously they don’t stand behind their product. I’ll never order from this company again!

My husbands Christmas is ruined. I ordered early December and found out today that my order will not be received until at least December 28, 2018. My husbands Christmas is in Haband's hands. no where on web site was I informed that my order would NOT be received by Christmas.
I contacted Not Customer Service. Find out they are located in the Phillipines. Spoke to three individuals. Kept asking for their supervisor. All they could tell me on order status was it will take 24 to 48 hours to get an answer. REALLY? It is the 21st century, computerized fulfilment software and shipping software systems available and they coukd not tell where my order was? I called Corporate and punched letters in the staff directory until I found someone to answer. I spoke with Gloria. She was kind and stated she was forwarding an email to "Amy" that she could answer my questions. I asked if she would call today. She stated, " She should if not within 24 hours". Guess what? Amy never called me! Surprise! NOT!
I am furious with this company and I am contacting the Attorney General's office where the Corporate Office resudes. So many reviews with same concerns and issues that this seems to be the " Norm". I told Not Customer Service that they cjarged my credit card very quickly but sit on my money and my order for 3 weeks. I am seriously thinking about disputing this charge with my credit card company as well! It is not right that they take our money and not send the products.
Haband needs to reach out to me. This business model and practice is NOT acceptable."
"i ordered items for Christmas presents. By the time they got to putting the order together some of the items were backordered. The other part of the order had not shipped 5 days after the order was placed. Items that are available will NOT be delivered by Christmas. I requested the entire shipment to be cancelled as I now have to scramble & find gifts to replace what I ordered. They gave me a hard time with cancelling the order as it was being processed & they could not stop it. If I didn't want it I would have to return it back once I did receive it. Are you kidding me. I will have to pay the return for items they could not ship timely. i ordered other items from there sister company Blair on the same day & received them 3 days after placing the order. This company used to be good now the stink. If you want to make sure you are going to get an item when you need it ,you have to order months in advance or forget about it. Personally I have no time to waste on companies like this. "

So we ordered 3 items using this code and through the order process it stated that the shipping would be removed on page 3, well it never was. I emailed Haband and never received an answer, I also called Haband and the customer service was VERY RUDE and when I asked to talk to a supervisor she said that "the supervisors are not taking any calls at this time". I asked what time I should call back and she said "oh, in an hour or so". DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"
