Worst Company to Deal with

"I guess I should have read reviews before ordering from this company. I placed an order for Christmas and received an email with an order number and that stated all the items I ordered were available and would be received within 6 - 8 business days. I called after not receiving my items and gave them my order number and was informed it didn't exist and they couldn't help me. I then emailed customer service, forwarding the email I received from them asking them to please honor the order I placed with the prices that I ordered them at. Received email back stating again they wouldn't help me in any way. Customer service is horrible would never order from them again."

Wrong item was shippped twice!

"I ordered, online, a pair of blue shoes and instead received black ones. I decided to keep the black ones and go ahead and try again to order blue shoes. But again, I received the black shoes! So I sent them back and asked them to make good on my order of blue shoes!"

Customer lies?

"Ordered 2 pairs of pants, both labeled my size, but one mislabeled and many sizes to large. They charge for returns, but assured me no charge if their error. But they did charge me and told me twice that "returns" had determined they were the correct size, so the charge would stand. As a disabled veteran who served on his college Honor Court, whose ring reads "Honor Above Self", I was offended they would rather call me a liar and lose my business than admit a mistake and lose $9.99. They do have quality problems."

Customer service

"My problems began on August 28, 2019 when I ordered some house slippers. It is now October 12th and the problem is still not rectified. It has now cost me nearly $20.00 in shipping alone for a $15.99 pair of shoes. What a fiasco. I will never order from this company again. The worst experience I’ve ever had ordering online."

Disappointed

"First time ordered shoes for dad was wonderful BUT ordered lace got white, then decided rather have black, sent back label included not realizing had pay 9.99 to send back. Then 9/19 got message problem with order called 9/20 gave credit card $ to pay $9.99 shipping...then problems started got auto calls 9/21, 9/23 called girl said everything ok, call again 9/24, called back girl said stopping auto calls right now, still got calls 9/25, 9/26, 9/27..didnt stop until picked up from post ofc. Plus order had shipped 9/23, so why so many auto calls!!!"

Mens' woven boxer shorts

"I bought several pair of men's boxer shorts. All were the correct size and they were cut in a more generous fashion - a larger seat and longer length, none have faded after repeated washings. All good and fine.
BUT
they were advertised as a cotton/polyester blend short, so I thought 50/50 blend - no. It's a 95% polyester/5% cotton blend and it's like wearing plastic underwear, you can't really wear them in the very hot and humid summer, it feels like they'll melt on your waist and upper thighs.
I bought them at a good price, or so I thought, but shipping charges (too high) and sales tax bring up the price. I was going to buy undershirts from them, but after reading many reviews here, I decided not to buy from Haband again.

Extra Shipping Charge

"Ordered 4-pairs of shorts. received them and tried on. All were to long hanging below my knees. Went to return with their label. Was charged $9.99 for shipping. With the shipping charge the sale price was no longer a sale price. Just called to ask if I want to exchange a jacket for a different size will they charge a shipping fee!
YES. Told them to take my name off of mailing list. I'am done with Haband. I had ordered the shorts before with no problems.
HOW DO WE, THE CONSUMER, FIGHT AGAINST THESE CROOKS?? i NEED SOME INPUT!!
I would appreciate any ideas. I will follow up with any ideas I receive! Haband CANNOT keep getting away with their SCAM tactics.

Done with this store

"I ordered 2 pair of Dr. scholls wide width shoes and they aren't even wide width. In the meantime before they got here I ordered some glass bowls, 3 sets. They arrived in a plastic SACK!!! All broken of course! I called customer service and asked them "what kind of idiot sends glass in a plastic sack???" They said we are so sorry we will send you replacements. Yep they did. IN A PLASTIC SACK!! Again broken bowls. I do not need anything from this company ever again. It is run by dumb A--es!!!!!

GARBAGE SHOES

"I bought a pair of shoes from Haband a couple months ago. They started falling apart right away. I contacted Haband about returning the shoes. I returned the shoes and Haband charged me a late fee even after the shoes were returned. Haband posted negative information to my Credit Report damaging my credit. BEWARE I will NEVER purchase anything from these crooks..."

Terrible experience

"I bought the pants paid for Express for 2 pairs, they didn't come in time.. no refund on that. The rest are on back order. The size was way off. Returned all of them and only got a refund for 3 pairs as well as having to pay a 9.99 return which was also supposed to be credited back. They got back there merchandise and made about 50.00 in the process. I Don't recommend this to anyone ever!"

A scam company

"Ordered three goods, was charged a price. They eventually send my order with two items. I call to complain and they refuse to acknowledge any mistake. First they say that the shipping cost was originally quoted as being too low. But when I clearly go through the invoice and show it was accurate, they change their story and say that they had just run out of the item that I did not get. I ask will they be sending it to me later, they say no. After ten more minutes of dealing with a foreign operator that has been trained to ignore all complaints, she says they will refund some of the cost. I ask "some?" And they say yes and hang up. This is a crock operation, beware!"

Liars!!

"I made an order error, tried and thought I deleted the unwanted items. That didn’t happen. Once I placed the order I seen the items still on the order. I called and was told I had to wait until the next day to correct the problem, I could delete the order or delete the unwanted items.I even asked what time I needed to call by was told 3:00 EST I called at 10:30 AM EST, couldn’t delete items from order. Just return them I was told. Yes at my expense. Great customer service. I will tell everyone I can what a poor co this is!"
