"This is June 14. I ordered two blouses in the same pattern but different colors. They arrived weeks later and they were both way too big. I looked at their measurement chart and ordered appropriately. Therefore I returned them for an EXCHANGE. I paid 27.73 for the order and this week I received a check for $17.74. When I called and asked them about the exchange, all I heard was that I was charged $9.99 for the postage to mail them back! This is terrible customer service! They should have suggested another style if the ones I ordered were not available. I will NEVER order from this company again! What a RIB OFF!

"Received an order in March 2019. Sent back a dress for an exchange from size Med to Small and also ordered a casserole carrier for $12.99 (sent check for the cost of the casserole carrier).
Received the casserole carrier on May 11 but no dress.
I have called and emailed multiple times concerning the even exchange for the dress. They claim the exchange was for the dress to be replaced with casserole carrier. Also quoted price for carrier at $24.99.
Price in catalog and online is $12.99.
Customer service told me their prices online vs catalog are not the same. Unbelievable!!!
Long story short, I am out $19.99 for the dress. Will not be buying anything else from such a crooked company!!!"
"I bought from this company. I read your reviews after the fact. Haband had commandeered a reputable website I was on. I made the purchase without paying attention. However, I want you all to know that we need to be using PayPal for just these companies. I always use PayPal. I think I am protecting my credit card. I don't know if that is right but in my mind its logical. When I realized what I had done, I was prepared to lose my 30.00. My thoughts were I deserve to pay for stupid . Later I called PayPal to see what they could do. They refunded my money the next day. Moving forwarded my suggestion is always always use PayPal, they have your back!!!!"
"They are bad news. They took my $84 early April 2019. 2 weeks later asked them where is order. Gave me a UPS tracker # that went no where. It's not April 25 said they sent refund ck for 10 percent(?) Told them would complain to attys general's office. They said ok total refund within another 4 weeks. Will update if I ever get my money. Price was okay, and I had a free shipping coupon code, I entered order, put in code, shipping zeroed out, then I reviewed and hit enter and when the bill came out they had RE-ADDED the shipping in. So I contact Cust service and they said there was no such order, so I gave them the order number, then they said they didn't have record of the no shipping code, so I told them, then they wrote back asking which website gave me the free shipping code (I no longer remembered), so I said, I am done with several days of back and forth, cancel the order, They then sent me an email saying too late, we already shipped it. Nice move, right? Scratch another customer. Now I see why they have a one star review. Will tell my friends about rip-off city here. "

"I have been ordering from Haband for several years. Over the years, I have had orders that I didn't receive; Items that were back ordered but never came in, items that didn't fit well or weren't true to size, items that I was supposed to get free shipping on but was charged shipping anyway. Most recently, I ordered 2 blouses on one order and a steam iron and small vacuum cleaner on a separate order. I didn't receive either order. I got emails saying the orders had shipped and tried to track them but kept getting the message that they were in transit. I never did get delivery notification on either order and then a few days later, I got an email saying Haband had received my returns. I did not return them as I had never received them. I called customer service and all they could say was that they had received the items I returned and a refund had been made to my account. The carrier on this was UPS. I never did get any notification from UPS either. So, now, I am just done. I have learned that this company cannot be trusted and they are probably never going to change. I wont be doing business with them again."

I called and spoke to a woman with a strong accent who must not be able to hear the call well because she kept talking over me. She said all she knew was the item was in transit to their warehouse. I asked how long it would take to get a refund after the item was received. She said the whole process would take 3-4 weeks! I should have checked their reviews online before ordering!"
