"The upfront portion of the process was a little cumbersome. I wish that a replacement screw could have just been sent to me. But, once we got the process going, the turnaround time was much quicker than anticipated. I had thought my purse was going to be cleaned up a bit before returning, but the screw was replaced. Also, I had to pay an additional $5 for the box and packaging. Perhaps a box could be provided in addition to the FedEx label for the transportation of the purse. Like I said, if the screw could’ve just been sent to me, my purse wouldn’t have had to go back and forth."

"I made my first purchase with Hammitt and ordered 3 purses with the Try Before You Buy option. First off, that is COMPLETELY AMAZING to even offer that! Unfortunately, none of the purses worked for me; they were either too small or too large. I looked at the site for another purse and found one that I believe would be the perfect medium/large size, but it was not offered in the color option I wanted. I contacted Hammitt directly and the representative went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I could get this exact purse if she could find it in their local store, a partner store near me, or an online store if not within driving distance for me. The representative located the purse through the online retailer and there were only 2 left in stock. The representative was professional, personable, and genuinely wanted to help me get the item I wanted so badly. She also reminded me regardless I would purchase from one of their partnered stores, the lifetime warranty for any hardware issues still applies. Hammitt is a VERY different and EXCITING company when purchasing a purse--who knew this process could be so fun?! Again, thank you to the representative who helped me (sorry, don't remember her name), but I was able to contact the online retailer by phone to ensure I would get the item since the inventory was so low. The lady who helped me with the purchase by phone had the item in her hand and assured me it will be sent to me. All of this for a purse, right? But this isn't just any purse...it's gorgeous and the quality is ABSOLUTELY STELLAR!! Plus, no one else that I know would have a purse like this and I love to be unique. Again, thank you to the very sweet female representative, who helped me and went the extra mile, because I would not have the purse I wanted if it hadn't been for all of her efforts. Did I mention I'm super, super picky about everything I purchase, which is probably a good thing, so I don't spend my money on non-quality items. Thank you again!!"
