"The product was horrible! I ordered a pink ipad case, that looked like the perfect design but first it took 3 weeks to arrive then the day it arrive the button snap broke. The next day I contacted the company and they assured me that they would send another case as they did and that took at least two weeks to arrive. I had that case about 3 days when the same problem occured. When I contacted them to return the item they told me I was outside of my return policy and would not be refunded for my purchase. I am OUTRAGED at the treatment I have received and can't believe they would steal my money!!!

"I ordered several items from HandHeldItems including two rubberized cel phone cases that were identical except for the color. The first broke within 2 weeks. The second broke within days. Neither were subjected to extreme stress. Of course, by the time I wrote to the vendor to complain their 30-day return policy had already expired. Little wonder, the products I ordered took a while to get to me and they count forward from the date of sale (date of on-line order) in considering their 30-day return policy. The company did not stand behind the product they sold me. If ordering from this company and you have no problems with the product, great. That's the way it should be. However, if you have issues with the items you order, let the buyer beware. As a footnote, in writing this review I came across another review for this business that said that the purchaser returned an item 3 months after his purchase with no questions asked. How consistent is that? "

"I ordered a HHI Luxury padiWallet Leather Case For iPad on Aug 5, received it on Aug 9. I immediately noticed that a magnet was missing from the magnetic catch. I called customer service and was asked to leave my name, number and issue due to high call volumes. I never heard back from them.
On Aug 20, I received an email asking to rate the product. I rated it 3 stars but criticised customer service for not getting back to me on the issue. I received a voice message later that day stating that they would replace the item, but to contact them. I called the direct number they gave me, but no answer. I emailed the address they gave me but no response. I submitted a query on their website but no response. They have removed my rating from their site.
It has been well over two weeks since they offered a replacement, but I am unable to contact or receive a reply from HHI. While the product was decent, except for the flaw, customer service is nonexistent."

"I ordered ink 8/9/2010. My printer reached end of life 8/10/2010.I called them on 8/10/2010,told them I wanted to cancel the order because my printer had quit.They said the order had already shipped. They said I should refuse delevery and when the ink was returned I would get refund.They gave me a number ZFQ-00010927.I refused ink delevery 8/12/2010.It is now 9/1/2010 and I have not heard from them or recieved a refund. Now I will have to pay and American express bill for Ink I do not have. Now I am trying to get a refund through American Express."
