"I paid extra shipping and the item didn't arrive within the designated shipping time. The item I received was not the item pictured, and it was totally defective. They only offer refund credits, not money back. And, you have to make an account on their site to review items-as if they don't want you to review their crap quality products. I will NEVER buy from them again."

The service was not so great.
I waited 11 days and still no word so I attempted to track the order which showed it still had not been processed.
Their policy is supposed to be to notify customers if there were going to be any delays by the 7th day. By the 11th day I still had not received any notification.
I contacted them and they did not know what the problem was. 3 days later they contacted me back to say there would be a delay but no reason as to why.
Then the order item changed from being in stock to not being in stock. For about the first 13 days the item showed it was in stock.
I asked them if they were going to compensate me for this long wait and poor follow up service and they did not respond to that inquiry nor did they compensate at all.
I finally received my order late on day 27.
Don't expect any customer service or consideration from these guys. If you need to have something within a certain time do not rely on this place you may end up in the same situation I did without any compensation to boot. "

Tracking # was untrackable, never a response to emails, one email returned undeliverable, if you're lucky when you call you get voice mail-however no one will return your call. I did however receive all of the merchandise I ordered, the Droid phone cover was scratched somewhat. After the EXTREME poor customer relations experience, I feel lucky to have received the purchase at all."

What I received on May 17 was a red skin for an HTC Touch Diamond 2. It's true that these phones are similar, but I didn't even have to take the skin out of its packaging to see that the cutouts would obviously not fit my HTC Pure ("HTC Pure Skin" is what was advertised on their website and what I ordered). I contacted the company via e-mail re the problem. I also included the fact that because I ordered the correct item but they sent me the wrong one, I didn't think it was good customer service to make me responsible for S&H on either end. I received an e-mail back with an RMA# and the following message: "Please send a photo of the defective item to ****@**** and we will gladly replace the item for you."
On May 17 I sent photos of the incorrect product I received and have yet to hear back from or receive the item I paid for. On 5/24 I sent another e-mail to the address above, as well as their sales department (on 5/25), and still haven't received even an acknowlegement of receipt of the pictures and/or my communication. Needless to say, I will never order another item from them again. At this point I am searching online for any place that I can leave a review so that others will beware of this company's extremely poor customer service, as it were."
