"The product I ordered worked great well, half of it. I ordered two iPhone 3gs privacy screens. One of them worked perfectly while the other did not function properly at all. Whil i don't believe this to be directly their fault it does irritate that did not return my calls to resolve this issue and they NEVER answered any calls that I made. At the end of the day their shipping was on time and the product that woked was great but, I still haven't resolved my issue and i don't expect to. I don't believe that this happens a lot but, buyer beware."

The item came in time, but the quality of the product was terrible, the screen protector is a very thin plastic that cover the screen of the phone and it has a sticker with a very strong glue that no matter how you handle it, there is no way to take that glue off from the film. I guess you get what you pay for, right? Still I tried to get my money back and the seller refused it saying if was my problem."

"I ordered iPad case on July 9, 2010. It was in stock ... otherwise I would not order.
Although their web site says that they ship within 12-36 business hours - it did not happened.
I received tracking# on July 13th. It says that "Electronic Shipping Info Received" which usually means that they PRINTED shipping label. It does not mean that they ACTUALLY shipped my item.
On July 19 I emailed them asking about oreder status. No reply at all. But on July 20th shipping status got update - my item left sorting facility in the evening of July 19.
You see ... they waited 10 (!!!) days to actually ship my item. And no updates, no communication. I expected to receive my case my this time. Even with slowest mail and even from California.

On July 2, I ordered three items, I received two correct items and one wrong. I ordered 1 HTC HD2 Crystal Back Shell Hard Case Smoke, but received 1 Luxmo hard case withpurple butterflies, item number CAHTCHD2PKBF-R.
I have already submitted a request to have this corrected, I received communications from your customer support (copied below) and I have sent in a photograph of the wrongly shipped item. I was told appx 1 week ago that you would ship the correct item and that I would receive an email when it shipped, I have received neither.
I need my case as soon as possible, the phone is fragile and expensive. Please respond to this message as soon as possible and send my item immediately, please. I am posting this same message to my review at resellerratings.com in hopes of getting a positive response.

"They shipped an iPad case which has one broken corner and another corner also showing some tear. The package arrived with seal torn open already. I tried to fix the case by gluing it but it wouldn't work. Called Kari and she refused to send a new one, saying by trying to glue together the broken corner of iPad case I voided my warranty. Also, this company will NOT pay return shipping for defective products they sell.
Will never buy from them again. Pay for a little more, get a high quality product and save a lot of headache. "

"Handheld Items made an error in shipping my order (forgot to put my company name I entered when placing the order on the shipping label), so my order was delivered somewhere in my building and it can't be found. I work in a building with approximately 30 other companies and there is no way to tell where it went (hence why I included the company name). Finally, last Friday I received a notice it was being shipped back to Handheld Items. The Postal Service is partially at fault here too since their tracking system is useless (not enough detailed information, and it doesn't tell you who signed for a package).
I asked Handheld Items to re-ship my order (since it was their error) and their Customer Service was not helpful. They re-hashed the Postal Service tracking information in an email (essentially ignoring what I wrote), which was useless.
I am still working out this mess... I will update the review if my experience improves."

"The site has plenty of selections for iPad accessories. However their shipping method is less to be desired. It's using US Postal Service via their UPS account. So shipping will take about 7 days or longer depending how far your shipping address from City of Industry, CA.
In my case, my shipping address is less than 13 miles away and it took 7 days whereas if they just shipped via USPS directly, I would be getting my items less than 3 days.
For them it took 3 days from the day the items left their distribution into UPS facility and it took another 2 days before it left UPS facility to US Postal.
If you wanted your items in a hurry like Christmas time, I suggest shop to another web sites for faster delivery.
