"Their company sucks (just finished writing to customer service), but especially the website. I can't log in, I can't view different colors of products (which made me buy incorrect merchandise by accident), I can't order things online without things getting screwy, they won't give you a tracking number, they charge too much for shipping, customer service has only been marginally helpful due to the ineffectual technology, I received flawed merchandise that only partially fit (I bought two of the same thing and only one of them fit), the merchandise is itchy, thin, badly fitting and uncomfortable, I'm going to be charged for returning these terribly quality products, and none of this is worth anyone's time. I wish that they had a physical store location so I could've gone there and figured out how terrible Hanes is without wasting my money."

"Ordered 2 items from hanes.com, one they shipped and the second was back ordered. After 2 months they said they shipped it. Then a couple of days later I receive a post card in the mail telling me the item was not longer available. You would think that hanes would then send you a comparable item instead of canceling your order. I will no longer order from them. "

"After e-mailing to tell me that my order had shipped, I received a postcard in the mail telling me that my order had been canceled due to lack of availability. I understand that stuff like that happens sometimes, but don't lie to me and tell me that my order has shipped when it hasn't."

"OMG WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED!
I ordered about $50 in bras. When I entered my ship to address, the system told me that the state/city/zip combination didn't exist. Ummm... I think I know where I live thank you very much! I called customer service and asked them to assist me. Sorry, but this lady was an idiot. She actually had told me that I had my address wrong! Said I shoud check and make sure that I had it right because there is no way that her computer could be wrong. So after a long frustrating conversation, I asked her to cancel the order. The toothless redneck wonder said she would cancel it. The next day I received confirmation that the order had shipped, was charged to my card was going to someone else's address. I called customer service again and was told that there is nothing that they can do. So, My card has been hit for a purchase that I will not receive. All because their computer is so smart that it doesn't recognize my newly developed neighborhood and it either doesn't allow an override or the folks that work there are too damn stupid to know how to override it. I would beware if I were you. I will have to go through my bank and eventually they will get me a refund.

"Hanes.com is the online store of Hanes, a well-known brand of apparel. This was my first order with them and it consisted of beefy T's, polo shirts and some crew socks. The items were in stock when I placed the order but they arrived in two packages. All packages were shipped from Atlanta, GA.

It took about 9 or 10 days after placing my order for the first package to arrive to the West coast. I realized that I had mistakenly ordered two items in the wrong size. So I filled out their form and sent the items back. After two weeks of no packages, became concerned there was an issue but they had not contacted me. But the replacements arrived on the third week.

I would order from them again.

"First order from Hanes and I have recently placed another.

I took advantage of a 20% off sale to buy 9 "T" shirts so I can place iron-on transfers on them.

Quality was fine, as expected but I am disappointed in the fact that the shipment took 10 days to get here and that they don't provide tracking information. When checking the status of the order, "shipped" is the best they can offer.

"Do not even bother with Hanes ! It is purely a phishing scam. Hanes posts good deals, grabs your personal data to send you future spam then cancel your order due to "non-available".
Hanes does not worth your time!

"I bought 3 shirts from Hanes.com. I found a coupon code from online and it was used successfully without problem. It's a pretty standard online site with no problems at all. I got shipment confirmation and it arrived in two different packages on two different days, within 3 and 4 days. The quality of the shirts was outstanding too.

I am almost certain I will return to Hanes.com if I need more shirts. Highly recommended.
