Harmony had the best price I could find (except for a couple of resellers that have extremely bad ratings here on ResellerRatings) and also offered free FedEx ground shipping. I noticed that their feedback was great for the last 6 months but that there had been some problems in the past. I decided to go ahead and place the order and hope for the best. The order process was pretty straight forward with no surprises. After placing the order, I received an email order confirmation and another email containing tracking info when the order was shipped. The order arrived on time and was well packaged. Overall a great experience. It's obvious that Harmony is making a real effort to correct some of it's past problems and I will definitely buy from Harmony again."

"Ordered a Canon EOS Digital Rebel (300D) w/Lens for a great price. No sales tax and shipping was free. Ordered on a Friday and received following Tuesday (FAST!). E-mail notification with tracking info was sent when the item was delivered. Only minor compliant is that no order confirmation e-mail was sent. Confirmation info was shown on a webpage once order was placed but if you did not print out the page or right down the order number there is no way to reference it and see your order status. Nonetheless, I will do business with again."

"Just purchased a Canon G5 camera. After reading terrible reviews about all the cheaper sites, I decided to order from Harmony since they had reasonable two day shipping, and I have ordered from them before. Aaron took my order quickly and efficiently. He asked if I needed batteries, filters, etc, but did not push them. I spoke to him at 2 pm EST and he said it would get out the door that day. It did, and I received the camera at 11 AM on day 2 - perfect. The only hiccup was that he originally quoted me 39.99 for two day shipping, but their website states that it is 29.99. I called him right back and he fixed it on the spot. I will definitely order from them again. Also, the camera came in full packaging, with warranty, all parts, etc. I charged it up and have taken a few test shots to make sure everything is in order; so far so good."

Though my order, a Fuji Finepix S602 Zoom digital camera, was on back order for just over a month, I received it promptly after it arrived from the manufacturer. The price ($529.00) was extremely competitive and the camera arrived in original packaging (Fuji's) in good working order. I called Harmony several times during the back order waiting period and was assured, politely, that the camera was coming. I feel comfortable in recommending this company to anyone looking for good prices and professional service. My one criticism is that the person handling my phone calls was somewhat lacking in warmth and assurances as my wait for the camera dragged on. My feeling is that taking an extra minute or two to chat with a customer, explaining a delay in some detail, will go a long way to making them feel confident that their order is being expedited in the best manner possible.
