"I ordered 3 items from Hayneedle and all of one showed up timely. The other two items had not been delivered by FEDEX. The second item finally showed up a couple days later. After numerous calls to FEDEX, my third item was pronounced lost by FEDEX. I have no issues with Hayneedle and its products but because their delivery service of choice is FEDEX and this is the second time this horrible experience happened, I can't use FEDEX therefore I can't shop at Hayneedle."
