"Our 12' tall Christmas tree comes in two boxes. We got two of the same box. Two top halves. When I called to get the situation taken care of, I was informed they were sold out of box 2 of 2. I am not sure how they can be sold out of the other half (the bottom half) of my Christmas tree. The customer service rep who was supposed to call me the next day, after he talked to the warehouse about stock, to let me know if they had other 12 foot trees in stock that we could exchange never did call back. I called three days in a row and he was always unavailable. I finally just talked with someone else and at that point there was nothing available. Our best option is just to wait on the other half which will be available next season, October or November. At least the top half is about 7 foot, so we have a tree up."
