"Unfortunately, one of the three barstools I ordered came damaged. I returned the stool and received a refund, however, the website was a bit unclear on what I need to do to receive the 3rd stool (which I still need). I will follow up with a phone call to customer service but wish it was as simple as returning the damaged item and having it replaced automatically."

I was assured each time I called that my order would be coming soon and arrive before Christmas. Now 1 week before Christmas it is still not here and I called them yet again and was told they have no idea when I might get my order but it definitely will NOT be before Christmas. Now my Grandson will not be receiving power ride on toy he was wanting because it’s way to late to order another one from somewhere else.
