The customer service rep "fixed" the problem by "returning" one, not both, of the broken items and shipping a replacement for one, not both. I had to contact them again, to get the second item shipped, and then a third time to get credited for the second item. I understand things go wrong in shipping, and I cannot blame Hayneedle for that. However, the blame for their inept handling of the situation lays squarely with them. Buyer beware."
