No call backs from the shipper or an alternative date offered. As of today and after a direct call I was promised a call back...well you know the answer to this one, they never called back! Why isn’t Hayneedle doing the calls on my behalf? Time to call back for a refund! "

"The delivery was fine. The product, a metal bridge, made in China, could not be connected easily. It required some metal work on my part to get the connecting bolts to fit and a pair of vice grips to expose enough threads to add the bolt nut."
