"I purchased 4 chairs and one came scratched in with multiple scratches and the holes for the screws did not align, so we had to drill new holes to make it work. These were large adirondack chairs, so you imagine I didnt want to deal with shipping it back. If they inspected the chair prior to shipping, these scratches would have been seen!! Please inspect your product. It frustrating to pay for something and then be stuck with it because its a pain to ship back."
